While for some international mobility comes as second nature, for others the prospect of navigating unknown administrative processes can be a harrowing and even off-putting idea. We do believe however, it is a worthwile and lifechanging pursuit and we are here to support our candidates all throughout the recruitment process. So what can you expect?

We carefully assess your CV

The information you have shared with us will be reviewed by a consultant, who is well versed in the given area of specialisation and is up-to-date with the current state of the job market. They will identify adequate open positions and potential employers from your field. Alternatively we may have contacted you with a specific job offer, since your profile has caught our headhunters‘ eye during a targetted search.

We give you feedback

We contact you to discuss any current positions we think might be of interest to you. If we cannot offer any relevant placement at the moment, we ask your consent to keep you in our database and contact you once the right opporunity comes up.

Initial interview

Have we found something to your taste? Excellent. You have just found a partner who will represent you at the potential employers and accompany you throughout the selection and start of the employment process. We will arrange an interview with you to discuss in depth your qualities, experiences and ambitions but also to get to know you as a person – a key part of the equation when trying to match professionals with the right company for a long-lasting and fulfilling partnership.

For you this is the opportunity to find out more about your potential employer – for example, what benefits and career progression are available? Will their work culture suit you? Afterwards we will present your annotated profile as a package to the potential employer and remain at your disposal throughout the candidate selection process.

Lastly, there will be room to discuss what kind of assistance you may need from us in terms of the legal and administrative requirements for international work.

An interview with the employer

Should the employer find your profile at least as interesting as we have, we will immediately arrange an interview for you – including your travel and accommodation in the location of the interview. As the employer already has all the important information about you from us, you will find much of the pressure has been taken off you and will very likely enjoy the interview.

You receive an offer

If you are successful at the interview, you will receive an offer with the full detail on the position you are being offered. If you decide to take it up, our consultant will support you in dealings with the employer to get the most out of your contract.

You and your new employer sign a contract

Are you happy with the contract? Then there is nothing stopping you from signing and stepping up to the new challenge. We wish you every success!
