For over 15 years we have been building up our network of contacts among industry professionals, allthewhile gradually finetuning our approach to Executive Search and Recruitment. It is this solid experience and widespanning contacts, that allow us these days to react quickly, effectively and flexibly to our clients demands.

We specialise in the fields of Top management, Engineering, Sales and Logistics. Our particular strength is identifying the right candidates for the positions, which are the most difficult to fill. These tend to be Top management or highly specialised roles.

Our work is guided by a strong code of ethics and we are proud to have earned our clients‘ and candidates‘ trust with our professional and confidential mode of work.

How we work

We know how to target the right candidates. This is due to our wide network of contacts bulit across multiple countries over many years and also an effective approach to searching, which combines traditional and modern methods, depending on the specifics of each individual task.

What we never do is place paid adverts on other platforms – this is to protect our clients‘ confidentiality during sensitive searches.

As part of our service, our clients receive an assessment of the candidate’s psychological profile and professional aptitude. We also obtain references on the candidate’s past work experience.

Our top aim is to ensure both the client and the candidate experience a comfortable and smooth recruitment process. We listen carefully and respect each side’s wishes.

Candidates identified by the Executive Search method mostly come from very competitive backgrounds. They are highly valued experts with a proven track record of success, meaning they will take very little time and investment to get up to speed with their new assignment and to start producing results.

We offer a comprehensive and strategic service, presenting solutions to search situations where the client’s confidentiality must remain intact (e.g. replacing company management), when the expectations on the new employee are very high or when the search by other means has not resulted in any satisfactory outcomes.



Exclusivity

The selection process for critical or Top management positions is very time consuming and requires experience and knowledge of each given market. To ensure it runs without unnecessary disruptions and that the target is given maximum focus, we ask to work with you in an exclusive partnership in line with an agreed and signed contract.
